🏠 How Service Works

1. Warranty Registration Required

Customers must register their equipment through the Green Power Tech Store Warranty Registration Form to activate coverage.

2. Remote Diagnostic

Customers report issues to Green Power Tech Store so we can perform an initial remote diagnostic using the system's monitoring platform.

3. Installation-Related Issues

If the issue is installation-related, we coordinate with the certified subcontracted technician who performed the installation. Installed systems include a 1-year installation warranty.

4. Equipment-Related Issues

If the issue is equipment-related:

• The customer files a claim directly with the protection provider
• The provider handles: claim approval, repair coordination, replacement decisions, and shipping logistics

Green Power Tech Store may assist customers who do not speak English, but all claims are processed directly by the protection provider.

5. Green Power Tech Store Does Not Perform Repairs

To ensure proper claim handling and compliance:

• We do not perform repairs
• We do not schedule service appointments
• We do not handle equipment logistics

All equipment-related service is managed by the protection provider.
