Addmotor E-Bikes and Trikes Limited Warranty

Addmotor E-Bikes Limited 1 Year Warranty including:

-Electrical parts:  motor, battery, controller, LCD Display.

-Mechanical parts: forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, lights, bottom bracket, rims, wheel hub, derailleur, throttle, wiring harness. 

Warranty Registration 

-Once you received your bike is very IMPORTANT  to send us the following information to register your bike in Addmotor for Warranty to our e-mail admin@greenpowertech.store 

1. Bike Serial Number: Engraved in the headtube/bottom bracket (Around the left crank).

2. Motor Number: Engraved on the motor

3. Battery Number: Engraved on the battery 

 

Warranty Exclusions

-Wear and tear are not covered under warranty of components. 

-The battery warranty does not covered damage from power surges, use an improper charger, improper maintenance or misusages, normal wear, upkeep (refer to user manual) or water damage.

-Warranty does not cover damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components.

-Warranty does not cover bike loss due to theft or robbery.

-Warranty will cover only the original parts of the bike model.

-Warranty cover the original owner registered in Addmotor

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE 

 -Once bike was delivered and received by the customer we do not accept returns or make refunds in correct purchases. Customer will have to claim for warranty issues. Addmotor Warranty only cover manufacturer defects.
