In GreenPowerTech.Store  we have created this space to facilitate and correctly address any doubt, need for technical support, claims or guarantees from our customers on the brands we offer in electric generators on our sales platform.

In GreenPowerTech.Store   we are independent importers and sellers of the brands that we offer on our sales platform and we do not work directly on warranties and service, but we do direct our clients to authorized representatives of the brands. We include on this page the list of brands with the technical support link in the United States and their telephones as well as the authorized centers according to the brand in Puerto Rico.

In  GreenPowerTech.Store   we comply with Law Number 107 2019 which establishes the Regulation of Guarantees for Electric Generators in Puerto Rico, regulated under the Department of Consumer Affairs of the Government of Puerto Rico. The law requires us to guide our consumers on where they should go to make warranty claims and technical service with manufacturers at service centers located in Puerto Rico.

IMPORTANT and REQUIRED

It is a requirement of all manufacturers that the certificate or warranty slip that is included in the packaging of the generators is used to register your equipment once it arrives at your home. This registration can be carried out both by mail and online. You must follow the instructions on the warranty certificate or ticket. The information normally requested is the following:

2. Model and serial number of your generator
