Manufacturer Warranty and Equipment Registration
Each component of this system is covered by the manufacturer's warranty: • ECO-WORTHY inverter: 5 years manufacturer warranty. • ECO-WORTHY LiFePO4 battery: 10 years manufacturer warranty.
Mandatory registration: you must register your equipment in the GPTS warranty portal (greenpowertech.store/registro-garantia) upon receiving it. Registration is required to process any manufacturer warranty claim.
Warranty claim conditions: • If the manufacturer requires shipping the defective equipment or does not cover shipping costs, the freight is the customer's responsibility. • GPTS covers only the first technical visit for diagnosis. • The cost of removing the defective equipment and installing the replacement by a GPTS technician must be paid by the customer. • Management costs will be communicated to you before proceeding with the warranty claim.
5-Year Protection Plan included: this system includes the GPTS 5-Year Protection Plan, which covers what the manufacturer's warranty does not: additional technical visits, removal and installation labor, and full claim management. This means no additional labor or technical visit costs for 5 years.
