Manufacturer Warranty and Equipment Registration

Each component of this system is covered by the manufacturer's warranty: • EG4 inverter: 5 years manufacturer warranty. • EG4 LiFePO4 battery: 10 years manufacturer warranty. • Seraphim solar panels: 25-year product warranty and 30-year linear power output warranty.

Mandatory registration: you must register your equipment in the GPTS warranty portal (greenpowertech.store/registro-garantia) upon receiving it. Registration is required to process any manufacturer warranty claim.

Warranty claim conditions: • If the manufacturer requires shipping the defective equipment or does not cover shipping costs, the freight is the customer's responsibility. • GPTS covers only the first technical visit for diagnosis. • The cost of removing the defective equipment and installing the replacement by a GPTS technician must be paid by the customer. • Management costs will be communicated to you before proceeding with the warranty claim.
